Rick is a graduate of the prestigious Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota, FL. Since graduation, he has enjoyed a career in television working for such companies as The Discovery Channel, 20th Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company, and ESPN Sports Network. In his work in the television industry he was able to pursue his passion for photography. Although he enjoyed his career, he felt a longing to return to his childhood home of Boca Grande, FL. Since his return to the island, he launched Island TV (https://www.bocagrandetv.com/) which is an online tv station for the island. Island TV covers local events and public service announcements for Gasparilla island. At the same time he started Island Photo for Boca Grande where he is able to pursue his passion for photography in this picturesque setting.
